Question by chanel_flyy_girl: How do I enable direct downloads on my cell phone?

I just got a Kyocera Wildcard phone & I am trying to download ringtones from the internet on it but when I try to, it says direct downloads disabled.
Is there anyway I can enable it??

settings - internet settings - direct downloads - enable it.
I think that's how it works, don't own one, but my cousin does. that's what he said.
